Each of our XPW watches is assembled in our workshops in Geneva, Switzerland. Our watchmakers, responsible for assembly, have over 15 years of experience working for leading watchmakers and are certified by 26 of them, guaranteeing us the highest possible quality and reliability.
3 year warranty
The 36-month international warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship existing at the time of delivery of the watch.
During the warranty period and upon presentation of the valid warranty certificate, you are entitled to have any defect repaired free of charge. In the event that the normal operating conditions of your Blackout watch cannot be restored through repairs, we undertake to replace it with an identical watch or one with similar characteristics.
