Payment Terms
All our payment systems are secure and use an encryption system with the SSL protocol.
This means that none of your data can be intercepted thanks to SSL encryption.

Payment Methods
For your order to be processed, your payment must be confirmed and validated by our banking partners.
We accept payments by credit/debit card via our partner Shopify Payments, as well as payments via PayPal.
We also offer the option to pay in several installments with no fees (2x, 3x, 4x, or 6x) through our financing partners Alma and Heylight.

Additionally, we offer the option to pay by bank transfer directly to the company’s account.
Once your order is finalized, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.
As soon as our banking partner confirms the validation of your payment, the Blackout Watches team will proceed with shipping your product (excluding pre-orders).

Would You Like a Refund?
If you wish to request a refund due to an order error, please contact us at info@blackout-watches.com.
Refunds typically take 3 to 5 business days to be processed and appear on your account or card. If you paid via PayPal, the refund is immediate.
