Each of our XPE Tourbillon watches is assembled in our workshops in Geneva, Switzerland. Our watchmakers, in charge of assembly, have more than 15 years of experience within major brands, and are certified by 26 of them, guaranteeing us the highest possible quality and reliability.
3 year warranty
The 36-month international warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship existing at the time of delivery of the watch.
During the warranty period and upon presentation of the valid warranty certificate, you are entitled to have any defect repaired free of charge. In the event that the normal operating conditions of your Blackout watch cannot be restored through repairs, we undertake to replace it with an identical watch or one with similar characteristics.

We noticed that there was a big gap in the watch market between:
Swiss Made tourbillon watches: magnificent and very well finished, but excessively expensive and therefore inaccessible for the majority of enthusiasts (often more than 20,000 CHF).
Tourbillon watches from Asian manufacturers and assembling. Much cheaper, but very unreliable and often without any after-sales service…
At Blackout, you are choosing a unique hybrid model that combines the know-how and expertise of our Swiss watchmakers with the reliability and accessibility of Asian parts.
Thanks to our watchmakers certified by more than 26 major brands, and to the head of watchmaking David, a former tourbillon assembler who worked at Patek Philippe for example, we have implemented a method for making Asian tourbillons more reliable.
How do you make your tourbillons reliable?
The Blackout test method was developed after testing thousands of Asian tourbillons.
We realized that neglecting several details was the cause of many technical defects in the movements.
We carry out a series of tests and modifications, in order to eliminate the risk of malfunction.
Our tourbillons are therefore completely transformed in our workshops in Geneva, Switzerland, before being assembled into their forged carbon cases.

How to change strap and buckle?
We designed our bracelets with an easy “quick release” attachment system.
You can therefore change your straps, and therefore the look of your watch, in just a few seconds, without even needing tools!
We also offer 2 types of buckles, pin or folding, so that you have the choice of king, and for your comfort.
How am I supported after my purchase?

In case of a desired revision of the model, or any other problem, the after-sales service support is fast and transparent, and the replacement is just as much.
Listening to our community
The XPE is, above all, the symbol of an ongoing dialogue with our community. For months, whether in stores, at watch fairs, or through our direct interactions, one message has come up repeatedly: the Blackout DNA is appealing, but the tonneau case remains a particular shape, sometimes considered difficult to wear on a daily basis.
Some people regretted seeing our identity fully embodied only in the XP1.
This feedback inspired us to explore a new direction. After a year and a half of development, we now unveil the XPE Tourbillon: a piece that retains all the intensity and sportiness of Blackout, but in a round silhouette.
An evolution designed so that no enthusiast is left behind, and so that everyone can finally wear a creation that is both faithful to our world and perfectly suited to their wrist.
Luminescent forged carbon
Luminova powder is mixed with forged carbon during its design, and your XPE Tourbillon will glow brightly in the dark when charged with UV.
