The second non-skeleton dial in our history

The XP1 was born skeletonised. Its dial is an open architecture, crossed by the central cross, the pentagons and the windows through which you can see the movement at work. Closing it off means giving all that up. We’ve done so only once, with a Musou Black dial, one of the most light-absorbing blacks in existence.

Aventurine does the exact opposite. A midnight-blue glass flecked with copper, which lights up only as the light moves. Where Musou Black took all the light away from the watch, this one holds some in reserve. The dial changes with every movement of the wrist, and no two of the 50 pieces bear quite the same sky.

Everything you need to know about the model

Why a tourbillon at this price?

Because we rejected the only two options the market offered. On one side, magnificent Swiss tourbillons, but beyond the reach of most enthusiasts. On the other, cheap Asian tourbillons, unreliable and with no after-sales service.

We built a third way. The 3481D PTS movement base is fully reworked in our Geneva workshops: a series of tests and modifications eliminates the failure points identified through the examination of hundreds of movements, and components deemed insufficiently reliable are replaced with custom-made parts produced in Switzerland. We remain hybrid by choice, not by default.

What is aventurine glass?

A glass born in Murano in the 17th century from a workshop accident: copper introduced into molten glass crystallized into a dusting of tiny flakes. Its name comes from the Italian a ventura, meaning by chance.

It is a material that reveals itself only in motion. Under broad, steady light, it is nothing more than a deep, tranquil blue. As soon as the light source moves, or the wrist turns, the inclusions light up one after another, in waves, never twice in quite the same way. That is what gives it the starry-sky appearance everyone recognizes without needing to name it.

Will my dial be identical to the one in the photos?

No, and that’s perfectly normal. Each dial is cut from a material with a random distribution: the density and orientation of the flecks vary from one slab to another. No two Aventurine dials have the same starry sky, and yours won’t look exactly like the one in the photo.

The case follows the same principle. Forged carbon is made by compressing fibers under high pressure, resulting in an unpredictable pattern in the layers. No two cases are identical.

Your timepiece is one of a kind!

Why 50 pieces, and will there be more?

50 numbered, engraved pieces, delivered before the holiday season. This edition will not be reissued, and we will not produce a second run under another name.

This is also our first launch on the XP1 in over a year. Most of our year was spent on other ranges, and this piece is primarily for those who have been waiting for a new XP1.

How will I be supported after my purchase?

If you're already a customer, you know this, and if you're new to us, know that we've developed the most efficient customer service on the market! We understand how important it is to support you and be close to you; that's what sets us apart.

Should you wish to revise a model, or in case of any other issue, our after-sales service is quick and transparent, and replacement is just as efficient.

Our wildest dream

Make watchmaking’s most exclusive complication accessible to those who would never otherwise have had access to it.

That is the only reason this company exists. Our watchmakers have worked at the finest watchmaking houses, and our head watchmaker, now at the helm of his own independent workshop, is certified by more than twenty prestigious houses. Every day, they work to put a tourbillon on your wrist.

Luminous forged carbon

Luminova powder mixed with forged carbon during its production, and your XP1 Tourbillon will shine brightly in the dark once charged with UV light.

A sky that won’t stay still

Aventurine glass reflects nothing when viewed head-on. The light has to move for the copper inclusions to flare up in waves, in an order that never repeats. The dial doesn’t have a single look: it has as many as you have gestures.
